As President and Chief Operations Officer, Cassie Harker uses her dedication, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit to propel our company forward, focusing our efforts toward completing projects on time, in budget, and right the first time. Her technical prowess and industry knowledge ensure creative solutions to the toughest of situations. Cassie, along with her team members, has developed comprehensive methods to monitor progress, helping us to identify and to trouble-shoot inefficiencies. Never satisfied with the status quo, Cassie’s leadership schedules, manages, and encourages us all to strive for the best.
Controller, Carol Rand, with 30 years in accounting, secures our company’s financial stability and cash flow. Integrity and a passionate pursuit of excellence drive all Carol’s decisions. With an amazing team behind her, Carol envisions her role at PGC as one that can utilize historical data and budgets to help our leadership team make wise, sound, flexible decisions in a changing economy and industry.
Lonnie Young leads our field professionals as our general superintendent. Lonnie’s 28 years as a glazier, leadman, and foreman have given him practical wisdom to help bridge the office/shop/field challenges. Lonnie’s positive attitude, expertise in glazing, and commitment to solutions make him an amazing team player. As General Superintendent, Lonnie depends on his leaders in the shop and field.
Chief Estimator, Ken Yu, has worked with Pacific Glazing Contractors for 6 years. His thoughtful, quiet leadership and hard work have provoked us to notice, and to tap into his wisdom and vision. Ken is building a team of estimators who will be on the front lines listening to your project’s vision and curating a proposal designed to dovetail the project scope and Pacific Glazing Contractor’s expertise.

As PGC's Director of Project Management, Jakub models outstanding work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction as his primary objective. His background includes shop work, journeyman field work, foremanship and project management. With over 15 years in the glazing industry, Jakub's ground-up experience gives him a unique knowledge and perspective with which to lead PGC's amazing team of Project Managers
With over 25 years of management experience, Jessica Rianda, Cassie’s executive admin, oversees human resources, culture, marketing, leadership training, and administrative team members. Jessica uses her leadership knowledge, exuberance, and other magical powers, to support and assist our leadership team’s legacy of excellence and resilience. She’s the team mom and helps the place feel like home.
